How To Use
In a non-metallic bowl, mix 1 part ChromaSilk Express Tones with 1.5 parts ChromaSilk Zero Lift Creme Developer (1:1½) and apply to damp hair. Process 5 minutes or less. Add Express Tones Clear for lighter deposit of tone.
